bootybarre™​ is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. bootybarre™ is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre.

We focus on proper biomechanics for a safe and well structured class that can be modified for any fitness level. bootybarre was created by celebrity trainer Tracey Mallett in 2009, who has taken bootybarre™ to over 25 different countries and taught thousands of instructors who now teach bootybarre in studios and spas globally.

Shape and Fitness Magazine awarded bootybarre™ the workouts of the month and has been featured in Self, Redbook, Cosmopolitan, Health, Oxygen, Womens Health, Prevention and many more.
Yoga + Pilates + Dance = Balance.
This class is a balanced workout hitting every part of the body, with a strong emphasis on the core, glutes, and hamstrings.  
It's a combination of strength, flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning.
